We are a small family business and care about the fish we sell, we will personally deliver all fish direct to your door (for a small fee) which means "NO POSTING".

Please note that all deliveries must be accepted by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
Every delivery of livestock fish we bring to you will be in excellent condition but we understand that loses can occur so we will guarantee your pet for 24 hours from receipt of delivery. (Pictures will need to be sent in the advent of loses and fish placed in a bag and frozen to be collected on the next delivery).
We can not be held responsible if your fish are lost due to aggression from your other fish.
We will replace your fish with your next order than you place with us.
